W.A.L.T to do a mushroom float with ronda.

I found it easy because you just have to tuck into a ball and then you should be floating.

One of the techniques we learnt was the mushroom float. It is where you put your feet on your bum and tuck your head in your knees and you should float. We also learnt if you blow it will make you sink down to the bottom.
