MY ANZAC poster

W.A.L.T  we are learning to make ANZAC posters in class.

The thing that I found easy was thinking of some ideas.
The thing that was challenging was puting this on my blog.

W.A.L.T make a ANZAC map of were the ANZACS fought in the war.      I found this task a little bit easy because we had to put arrows on the places they fought in!

up skilling sentences

We are learning to write complex sentences using adverbs and verbs.

Excitedly, the girl jumped into the swampy  sticky field until she got stuck.

I found that this was really easy to do and I am looking forward to writing some more of these. The thing that I found hard was trying to think of some ideas to put down.

Poputaltion I know that there is at least 600,000 bottlenose dolphins around the world Here are some countries that have a lot of bottlenose dolphins around them Japan, southern california, Australia and Chile.

 Habitat The bottlenose dolphin is most likely to stay in tropical waters, like bays and lagoons and sometimes large rivers. Even though the bottlenose dolphins are warm blooded, when they go into cold water they use there layer of fat called blubber.

 Diet When these dolphins feel hungry they have a snack on these animals squid, fish, shrimp and kingfish. I still don’t know how the kingfish would be able to be swallowed by the bottlenose dolphin. An adult dolphin can sometimes eat 15-30 pounds of food each day.

 Predators The worst predator that the bottlenose dolphin gets eaten by would probably be the killer whale along with the bull shark. Breeding The bottlenose dolphin takes twelve months to grow a full grown baby and it takes three years between birth they carry one baby at a time. lots of them breed 32 km away from shore.

We did a marine reserve slide to win to go to a trip to the poor kights Islands.

 I liked doing this because I like maths and it was kind of easy.
I found this task hard because I had trouble with finding out what to write.

My class went to Opua wharf on a marvelous ship in Paihia. I went on a little emergency boat, bam we were off. I thought this would be the end of my life. I finally got used to the rapid fast boat and we zoomed around ahhhhhhh.I felt incredibly sore being hit by the bolting water coming out of the fire hose. A harsh salty taste brewed up in my mouth, wowwww! All of a sudden we stopped. Was that it?
